Valencia did all the work to finish out my unfinished basement. This was a major project. It went from completely unfinished slab and walls to adding two bedrooms, a bathroom, a mechanical room, a family room and a laundry room. This included structural, adding a stair, framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting. They are a hard working and honest family owned business.
Valencia Construction and Gerson have done several separate projects on my house over the past few years, including a bathroom remodel, laundry room remodel, and more. Each time, it's been great working with him and his team. He and his team do good work, been careful with my furniture and things, and have been honest and upfront with me about timelines, planning and costs. You can't ask for more than that.
I am very happy with our remodel project done by Valencia Construction. They put in new hardwood floors and remodeled our kitchen. During the course of the project, we discovered significant issues with the structure of the house that we had not anticipated, and Gerson’s team was able to come up with solutions and accomplish important fixes in a timely manner, so the remodel project could be completed on schedule. They have a large team of highly skilled, hard working, motivated workers with a wide range of specialized skill sets.
